Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can make a return or exchange of unopened products in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you need to return the products/order we will give you clear instructions and in most occasions we will send you a pre-paid returns label. If the pre-paid label is not available for your location we will send you a paid label as a one time fee.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT send anything back to us without PRIOR discussion/agreement via email (supportlegacare@gmail.com), as this will jeopardize your successful refund/exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this point. If you receive a refund, any applicable return shipping or prepaid label fee will not be refunded.
RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS
If the package is opened/used you have 7 days from the day your tracking number shows as "delivered" to claim a refund with a return to our address.
CANCELLATIONS
Shipped orders cannot be canceled once the tracking number is created (already handed to delivery) and can only be returned for a refund after delivery, unopened and unused.
WHERE TO SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Once confirmed, please ship your product back to the address on the return form that will be given to you via email by our customer service representative.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to supportlegacare@gmail.com
